As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a dedicated and performance-driven Consultant – HR Recruitment, Operations & Business Development to strengthen our recruitment operations and client acquisition efforts.

Job Summary

The Consultant – HR Recruitment, Operations & Business Development will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment mandates, executing job drives, handling hiring requirements, and contributing to business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. This role requires strong recruitment expertise, operational understanding, and business development capabilities. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in bulk hiring, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, client coordination, and achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

A Field Recruiter is responsible for driving high-volume (bulk) hiring of Field Executives and Sales Executives at a Pan India level, ensuring maximum possible closures every month. The role focuses on aggressive on-ground sourcing, hiring drives, and local network building to generate a continuous and strong candidate pipeline. The recruiter must screen candidates quickly, coordinate interviews, and ensure fast turnaround time to meet bulk hiring demands.

The key responsibility is to maximize monthly joining numbers by maintaining strong follow-ups, reducing dropouts, and ensuring candidates are well-informed about the role and expectations. The recruiter also handles basic documentation and onboarding coordination across locations. Strict target achievement, daily tracking of pipeline and conversions, and consistent effort to improve joining ratios are critical for success in this role.

  • Manage bulk hiring and lateral recruitment mandates.
  • Plan and execute job drives and high-volume hiring campaigns.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure successful closures.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment operations and maintain hiring trackers.
  • Understand client requirements and align hiring strategies accordingly.
  • Acquire new clients and execute staffing agreements.
  • Resolve recruitment and business-related queries.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹13,000-18,000 per month (Payable on or before the 7th of following month; subject to TDS if applicable)

Incentives:
  • Lateral Hiring: 7.2% of Monthly CTC
  • Bulk Hiring: ₹5,00 per joined candidate
  • Condition: Total monthly CTC of joined candidates must exceed ₹5,00,000
  • Payout: Within 15 days after completion of replacement period
Annual Bonus: ₹30,000 upon successful completion of one year (Payable within 45 days)

Travel Requirement

If required, the Consultant may need to travel to client offices or the Company’s office for business purposes. All approved travel expenses will be borne by the Company.
