Relationship/Sales Executive – Home Loan & LAP

Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
Gender: Male/Female
Age: Up to 35 years
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Loan / LAP sales (Banking/NBFC preferred)
Language Requirement: Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
Working Days & Hours: As per Banking norms
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience and current CTC)
Interview Mode: Walk-in
Interview Rounds: 2
Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through open market activities, connector network, and existing customer referrals.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and relationship building.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
  • Assist customers with the loan application process and ensure smooth file processing until disbursal.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other channel partners to drive business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and legal) for quick turnaround and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC norms, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide regular market feedback to improve products and services.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products, banking processes, and documentation.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) is an advantage
