Type: 4 Permanent & 4 Contractual (3–4 Months, extendable based on performance & business needs)

Employment Terms

  • Working Days & Hours: 6 days a week | 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
  • CTC:
    • Fresher: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month
    • Experienced: Up to 30% hike on current salary
  • Interview Process: Online, Face-to-Face | 2 Rounds

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic R&D Assistants to join our Research & Development team on a contractual basis (3–4 months). The role involves supporting laboratory activities, product development trials, and process improvement work. It is ideal for candidates from a 12th Science (Chemistry) background or B.Sc. in Chemistry graduates, with at least 1 year of hands-on laboratory or chemical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct laboratory experiments and process trials under supervision.
  • Prepare and handle chemical solutions, reagents, and maintain lab glassware.
  • Record experimental data, maintain lab notebooks, and assist in technical report preparation.
  • Support product development, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
  • Ensure laboratory hygiene, stock management, and adherence to safe chemical handling practices.
  • Operate and maintain basic lab instruments (pH meter, titration, balances, etc.).
  • Follow all Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
  • 12th pass in Science (Chemistry) with distinction, OR
  • B.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic / Analytical / Industrial Chemistry preferred).

Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year in R&D / QC / Lab Assistant roles in chemical industry.
  • Freshers (B.Sc. Chemistry) may also be considered.

Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of lab practices, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV) preferred.

Soft Skills:
  • Discipline, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Team player with good communication in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
