Location: Kharadi, Pune

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents.
    • Ensure team targets are met and performance metrics are achieved.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  2. Sales Process Oversight:
    • Ensure adherence to the sales script and guidelines.
    • Monitor call quality and provide coaching to improve performance.
  3. Performance Tracking:
    • Track and report team performance metrics.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
    • Ensure timely completion of sales targets and other KPIs.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members.
    • Stay updated with the latest sales techniques and industry trends to ensure team competency.
  5. Customer Interaction:
    • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  6. Administrative Duties:
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance.
    • Maintain accurate records of team attendance and other relevant data.

Job Requirement


Requirements:
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in a BPO setting, specifically in outbound sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
