Position Details

  • Role: Sales Executive – Real Estate
  • Location: Magarpatta City Road
  • Qualification: Graduation (MBA Preferred – Business/Marketing)
  • Experience: 2–3 Years (Real Estate Sales preferred)
  • Salary: 30k-45k
  • Age Limit: 18–35 Years
  • Gender: Male / Female
  • Working Days: 6 Days (9 Hours)
  • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Management

  • Handle lead generation and management from real estate portals, walk-ins, social media, and referrals.
  • Perform tele-calling and cold calling to follow up on leads and convert them into site visits.
  • Engage with customers by explaining project details, pricing, and benefits professionally.
  • Proactively push for site visits and convert prospects into potential buyers.
  • Conduct site visits and project presentations to clients.
  • Guide customers through the decision-making and booking process.
  • Ensure closure of sales and achievement of targets.
  • Coordinate with customers for timely payments and follow up on payment schedules.

2. Marketing & Promotion Activities

  • Organize and manage events, exhibitions, and on-site promotional activities.
  • Manage and update listings on property portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com.
  • Support social media campaigns and improve brand visibility.

3. Documentation & Coordination

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports (inquiries, site visits, bookings, feedback).
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups and receipts.
  • Assist customers with home loan processes by coordinating with banks and financial institutions.

4. Market Research

  • Conduct research on real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming projects.
  • Provide insights to improve sales strategies and project positioning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
