Sales Manager / Relationship Manager – Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Secured Loan, Gold Loan
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Bangalore, Navi Mumbai (PAN India Hiring)No. of Openings: 12
Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
Gender: Male/Female
Age: Up to 40 years
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Loan (Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Gold Loan, Secured Loan) sales (Banking/NBFC preferred)
Language Requirement: Good communication skills (Hindi, English and local language preferred)
Working Days & Hours: As per Company norms
CTC: For RM upto - 5 LPA & For Manager upto - 9 LPA
Interview Mode: Face to Face

Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Source Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Gold Loan, Secured Loan business through open market activities, connector network, existing customer referrals and DSA.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and relationship building.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Assist customers with the loan application process and ensure smooth file processing until disbursal.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other channel partners to drive business.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and legal) for quick turnaround and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with KYC norms, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide regular market feedback to improve products and services.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Gold Loan, Secured Loan products, banking processes, and documentation.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) is an advantage
