Position: Team Leader – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training.
  • Handle key client meetings and support the team in closing high-value deals.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare sales reports and share insights with management.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Proven track record in team handling and target achievement.
