Position: HR Recruiter cum Admin

Location: Sector-132, Noida
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Experience: 5+ Years
Gender: Female only
Age: 28+
Qualification: Graduation
Working Days: 6 Days (Tuesday Week off)
Language: Fluent English (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter cum Admin who can manage end-to-end hiring, maintain HR compliances, handle salary calculation & processing, and manage employee-related discipline and administration. The candidate must be firm, strict, and confident in managing employees and ensuring workplace discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1) Recruitment & Hiring (End-to-End)

  • Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, schedule rounds and follow-ups
  • Maintain candidate database, coordination with hiring managers
  • Ensure joining completion and documentation collection

2) HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
  • Ensure proper HR documentation, policies, and internal compliance maintenance
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data reporting
  • Maintain discipline, office rules, and employee coordination

3) Payroll & Salary Processing

  • Calculate salaries on monthly basis based on attendance and company rules
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursal coordination
  • Maintain payroll sheets and support in deduction/adjustment calculations

4) Employee Handling (Strict Management Required)

  • Ensure employees follow office policies and reporting structure
  • Handle employee issues firmly and professionally
  • Maintain strict discipline regarding punctuality, work output, and behavior
  • Communicate effectively and take control in challenging situations

5) Administration Support

  • Support overall office administration tasks
  • Coordination with vendors, stationery, office requirements, and daily admin work
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office

Skills Required

  • Strong hiring knowledge
  • Good understanding of HR documentation & compliance
  • Salary calculation + payroll coordination experience
  • Strong personality with strict and professional attitude
  • Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
  • Able to work independently and handle pressure
