Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential customers through calls to introduce and sell products/services.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products or services.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Following up with customers on product/service inquiries and processing orders.
• Resolving customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.

• Managing and contacting customers for timely collection of payments.
• Maintaining accurate records of collected payments and follow-up actions.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and debt recovery regulations.
• Handling customer queries regarding outstanding bills or payments.
• Coordinating with customers to schedule payments and resolving any payment-related disputes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Grade.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory).
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and objections effectively.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Interview Process:

• Rounds: 2 Rounds of Interviews (Telephonic / In-Person).
