Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive (Loan Process)

Location: Empire Tower, Airoli East, Navi Mumbai
Interview: Face-to-face - One Round

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: 12th Pass
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years
  • Gender: Male / Both
  • Language: Hindi (Mandatory)

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed In-hand Salary: ₹19,000 - 25000 (Salary + Surcharge) + PF + ESIC + Gratuity, etc.
  • Additional Benefits: Average Incentives - 15,000 per Month

Working Details

  • Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Week Off)
  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Additional Requirements

  • 0–5 years of experience in BPO or Dialer (Voice Process) preferred
  • Candidates should carry an updated resume and demonstrate a positive attitude

Role Summary

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers for loan products, generate and qualify leads, explain product features and benefits, handle objections, convince customers, and close sales while strictly achieving daily and monthly targets, maintaining regular follow-ups, and updating call records in the system. This is a target-based outbound sales role. The candidate will be responsible for pitching loan products over calls, converting leads into sales, and consistently achieving assigned targets.
