Job Title: Sales Representative – Industrial Gearboxes

Job Location: Mumbai & Pune
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable)
Experience: 3–5 years (Industrial Gearbox Sales)

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with strong experience in industrial gearbox sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across Pune and Maharashtra by offering technically sound and customized gearbox solutions to industrial clients and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing the market for gearboxes, geared motors, and speed reducers, managing client relationships, handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection, providing techno-commercial proposals, delivering application-based solutions using strong product knowledge (Inline Helical, Bevel Helical, etc.), and supporting customers with technical guidance and post-sales service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Preferred) Experience:
3–5 years in industrial gearbox sales
Experience with brands like SEW-Eurodrive, Bonfiglioli, or Nord Drivesystems is a strong advantage Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of gear ratios, torque calculations, and gearbox selection
• Knowledge of gearbox types: Helical, Worm, Bevel Helical, Planetary
• Ability to suggest equivalent or customized solutions

Regional Expertise:

• Good network and familiarity with industries in Pune & Maharashtra

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Self-driven with a result-oriented approach
• Ability to handle industrial clients and OEMs independently
