Role Overview

We are looking for an AVP – Project Management with a pure IT background and strong experience in the lending domain. This role is strictly for a Project Manager, not a support or operations profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT projects related to lending systems
  • Handle end-to-end project delivery (planning, execution, closure)
  • Manage and guide project teams (team handling is mandatory)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, quality, and budget
  • Track risks, dependencies, and project milestones

Mandatory Requirements

  • Pure IT background (no functional/support profiles)
  • Lending domain experience is mandatory
  • Project Manager role only (not PMO / support)
  • Team handling experience is compulsory
  • Education: IT qualification only
