Product Manager – Cards (Banking)

Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 20 LPA
Experience: Minimum 6 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager – Cards with strong experience in banking card products. The role involves managing the complete product lifecycle for credit/debit cards, from idea to launch and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end card products (Credit Cards / Debit Cards)
  • Define product strategy, features, and roadmap
  • Work closely with business, IT, operations, risk, and compliance teams
  • Handle new product launches, enhancements, and variants
  • Monitor product performance, revenue, and customer usage
  • Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines
  • Analyze market trends and competitor card offerings

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in banking card products
  • Strong knowledge of credit/debit card lifecycle
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
