IT Inside Sales Representative

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Qualification: BBA or Bachelor's degree in Business
Gender & Age: Female candidates; Age between 20 to 30 years
Experience: 2 to 3 years in Inside Sales or Telesales
Languages: English, Hindi
Working Days & Hours: 6 days a week | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
CTC: ₹3 LPA to ₹3.5 LPA
Interview Mode & Rounds: Face-to-face | HR Round & Management Round

Job Description:
  • Conduct outbound calls and generate leads through cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the field sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information.
  • Follow up on potential leads and support the conversion process.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and client communication.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Prior experience in inside sales, preferably in IT
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
