Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring) will be responsible for managing and executing high-volume recruitment strategies to meet the workforce needs of the Clients. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling large-scale recruitment drives, sourcing candidates from various channels, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bulk Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective bulk hiring strategies to meet the clients needs.
- Partner with clients to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline:
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events to attract a large pool of candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for the clients and specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Clients.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms of employment.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to travel for recruitment events as needed.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
