Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring) will be responsible for managing and executing high-volume recruitment strategies to meet the workforce needs of the Clients. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling large-scale recruitment drives, sourcing candidates from various channels, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bulk Recruitment Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective bulk hiring strategies to meet the clients needs.
    • Partner with clients to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

  2. Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events to attract a large pool of candidates.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

  3. Candidate Screening and Selection:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for the clients and specific roles.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Clients.

  4. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
    • Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms of employment.

  5. Employer Branding:
    • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.

  6. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  7. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.

Job Requirement



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to travel for recruitment events as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
