Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA (Depends on experience)Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Manager responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, especially RBI guidelines. The role involves compliance testing, risk assessment, policy review, and coordination with internal stakeholders to maintain strong governance frameworks.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct review and compliance testing of RBI Tranche III within defined timelines.
- Prepare quarterly compliance notes for the Audit Committee of the Board (ACB) highlighting key observations.
- Review compliance testing findings, discuss with stakeholders, and finalize reports.
- Drive improvements in compliance snap testing through automation, analytics, and best practices, including parameter selection based on RBI penalties imposed on banks.
- Prepare the Annual Compliance Risk Assessment to identify critical and high-risk units for testing.
- Present annual compliance testing parameters and reports to ACB and senior management.
- Develop and implement a strategy for Sustenance Testing of RBS IRAR and RMP observations.
- Conduct compliance testing for new products within 6 months of launch.
- Ensure dissemination of RBI circulars, define departmental ownership, and maintain activity flowcharts.
- Vet bank policies and SOPs in line with regulatory guidelines.
- Manage submission, follow-ups, and review of RBI Indents.
- Handle and review compliance related to RBI inspection observations, IRAR, and RMP.
- Provide regulatory compliance advisory across Assets and Liabilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3–8 years in regulatory compliance, banking compliance, or risk management.
- Preferred Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services.
