Job Description: Channel Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 6 months to 9 years
Age Limit: 30 to 35 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Industry Preference: BFSI, Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Health & Motor Insurance, or any relevant industry
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Agent Recruitment & Management:
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents through various channels to meet business targets.
    • Train and develop agents to enhance productivity and sales performance.
  • Business Development & Revenue Growth:
    • Drive sales and achieve revenue goals by leveraging agent networks.
    • Identify new business opportunities through referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  • Relationship Management & Client Servicing:
    • Strengthen relationships with channel partners and maintain a strong business pipeline.
    • Ensure high service levels and seamless coordination for approvals, payouts, and other administrative activities.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Implement organizational strategies to maximize market penetration.
    • Work on increasing organizational share in the client portfolio.
  • Process Enhancement & Market Expansion:
    • Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions for better business outcomes.
    • Explore new markets and potential growth opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management.
  • Ability to train and motivate agents for achieving business targets.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a result-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of BFSI, Insurance, or related industries is a plus.
