Compensation

CTC: ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)

Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for driving branch banking sales with a strong focus on liability products, cross-selling, and revenue generation. The role requires achieving assigned targets, supporting branch business growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition through structured sales activities.
  • Promote and sell banking products including CASA, Fixed Deposits, Term Deposits, Insurance, and other third-party products.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Handle direct sales and cross-selling of liability and wealth management products.
  • Support other business units to enhance overall branch performance.
  • Process customer service requests efficiently and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate authorities when required.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and portfolio deepening.

Qualification

Essential: Graduate in any discipline

Experience

Essential: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
