Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Gold Loan Managers across assigned locations.
• Drive gold loan business growth and achieve regional business targets.
• Support branch teams in generating leads and increasing customer acquisition.
• Handle field marketing activities, BTL campaigns, and local business development initiatives.
• Assist teams in cross-selling other financial products.
• Monitor team performance and resolve operational or business challenges.
• Ensure proper customer service and customer satisfaction across branches.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
• Motivate and guide team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services industry.
• Must have experience in team handling and regional business management.
• Good knowledge of gold loan operations, sales, and field marketing activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate should be comfortable with field travel across assigned regions.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
