Sales Manager – Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)

Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)

Age: Up to 40 years
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Home Loan / LAP sales (Banking/NBFC)
Language Requirement: Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
Working Days & Hours: As per Banking norms
CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA (based on experience and current CTC)
Interview Mode: Walk-in

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sourcing, connector network, and open market activities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, builders, and real estate agents to drive loan volumes.
- Conduct customer meetings, understand financial needs, and provide suitable loan solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation, credit appraisal, and smooth processing of loan applications.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely disbursal.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for strategy improvements.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC norms.
- Deliver high levels of customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products, policies, and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful closures.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
