Job Summary

We are hiring a Support Resource (4+ years experience) with strong knowledge of Payment Systems, specifically UPI as core, to support production operations, transaction monitoring, reconciliation, issue resolution, and implementation support related to NPCI lifecycle, new OCs, and new products. Knowledge of Core Banking (Finacle) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

UPI / Payment Systems Support

  • Provide L2/L3 support for UPI payment systems in production environment
  • Strong understanding of UPI workflow and NPCI transaction lifecycle
  • Monitor transactions, analyze failures, and provide RCA for issues
  • Handle day-to-day production incidents, service requests and escalations
  • Perform transaction reconciliation, settlement validation and reporting support

NPCI Implementation / Certification Support

  • Support NPCI certification process for:
    • New implementations / integrations
    • New OCs (Operational Circulars)
    • New product rollouts / enhancements
  • Coordinate with internal teams and NPCI stakeholders for testing & compliance
  • Maintain documentation for certification, UAT, and production rollout

API / Integration Support

  • Support and troubleshoot API integrations using:
    • RESTful APIs
    • HTTP/HTTPS
    • XML / SOAP based APIs
  • Work on request/response validation, error codes, logs, and monitoring tools

Core Banking / Finacle Support (Good to Have)

  • Understanding of Core Banking systems (Finacle)
  • Finacle production support exposure is an added advantage
  • Coordinate with CBS team for transaction and reconciliation validations

Required Skills

Strong knowledge in Payment Systems with UPI core experience
Understanding of UPI workflow + NPCI transaction lifecycle
Experience in Reconciliation & settlement support
Knowledge of NPCI certification & implementation lifecycle
API knowledge: RESTful, HTTP, XML, SOAP
Production support experience with strong troubleshooting skills

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

Working knowledge on Finacle Core Banking
Finacle production support experience
Exposure to monitoring tools, logs analysis, incident management process
