Salary (In-Hand): ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Video KYC Executives for a digital loan process. The candidate will be responsible for conducting Video KYC verification, validating customer documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing a seamless onboarding experience to customers.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Video KYC sessions for customers applying for digital loans.
- Verify customer identity and documents as per company and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and internal KYC policies.
- Review and validate customer information submitted during the loan application process.
- Identify discrepancies or fraudulent activities and escalate them to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and verification outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful completion of customer onboarding.
- Provide professional and courteous support to customers during the verification process.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Understanding of KYC documentation and verification processes.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in verification.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Preferred Background
- Experience in Video KYC, Banking Operations, Loan Processing, Customer Support, Telecalling, BPO, or NBFC industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered (depending on business requirements).
