Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to manage and drive a team in a fast-paced BPO sales environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sales expertise, team handling capabilities, and the ability to achieve business targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.
- Support team members in handling customer objections and closing sales effectively.
Sales & Target Achievement
- Drive revenue generation and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Track individual and team KPIs including conversions, productivity, and revenue performance.
- Implement sales strategies and process improvements to maximize performance.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
Training & Development
- Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with training teams for skill enhancement.
- Help new joiners understand sales processes, products, and customer handling techniques.
Process & Quality Management
- Monitor calls and customer interactions to maintain service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Maintain accurate reporting and MIS related to team performance.
Customer Handling
- Resolve escalations and support the team in managing difficult customer situations.
- Ensure positive customer experience and relationship management.
Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria
