Position: Team Leader – Sales
Location: Gurugram (Sector-18, Phase-4)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a Sales Team Leader in BPO
Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
Gender: Male / Both
Interview Process: Face-to-Face Interview
Working Days: 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to manage and drive a team in a fast-paced BPO sales environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sales expertise, team handling capabilities, and the ability to achieve business targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure productivity standards are maintained.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.
  • Support team members in handling customer objections and closing sales effectively.

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Drive revenue generation and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
  • Track individual and team KPIs including conversions, productivity, and revenue performance.
  • Implement sales strategies and process improvements to maximize performance.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.

Training & Development

  • Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with training teams for skill enhancement.
  • Help new joiners understand sales processes, products, and customer handling techniques.

Process & Quality Management

  • Monitor calls and customer interactions to maintain service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and MIS related to team performance.

Customer Handling

  • Resolve escalations and support the team in managing difficult customer situations.
  • Ensure positive customer experience and relationship management.

Eligibility Criteria
