Location: Gurugram - Sector 49
Annual CTC: 7-12 LPA
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hour: 11:00am to 08:00pm
Working Mode: Work From Office
Gender: Male  / Female
Qualification: Any Graduation
Interview: Face to Face (2 Round)
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 Years (Non-Negotiable)

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and technically strong Sales Specialist – CNC Machine Tools to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on knowledge of CNC machines along with proven sales experience in industrial machinery or machine tools. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding technical requirements, recommending suitable CNC machine solutions, and supporting the Indian sales team in driving business growth across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers across India and understand their machining and production requirements.
  • Recommend suitable CNC machine solutions based on customer applications and technical needs.
  • Handle virtual machine inventory mapping and customer coordination.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide technical guidance and product expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve business strategies.
  • Stay updated with CNC industry trends, competitor activities, and latest technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:
    • CNC Machine Sales
    • Machine Tools
    • Cutting Tools
    • Industrial Equipment Sales
  • Strong technical understanding of:
    • CNC Milling Machines
    • CNC Turning Machines
    • Grinding Machines
    • Machining Processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales closing and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
