Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring new customers for Mortgage / LAP / Home Loan products and driving business growth by building strong sourcing channels. The role also includes cross-selling bank products to generate fee-based income while ensuring asset quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new business for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market sourcing.
  • Build and develop a strong builder / developer network for lead generation.
  • Establish and manage tie-ups with DSAs, CAs, and referral partners to increase sourcing.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships in a profitable manner.
  • Ensure portfolio quality by maintaining healthy asset performance and minimizing delinquencies.
  • Generate fee-based income through cross-selling of bank products (Insurance, CASA, etc.).
  • Maintain strict call discipline for follow-ups with existing clients and prospects.
  • Ensure quick resolution of customer queries/issues and provide smooth service experience.
  • Track daily sales activities and achieve assigned targets as per monthly business plan.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification
  • Essential: Graduate (any stream)
Experience
  • Essential: Experience in Retail Assets sales
  • Team Handling Experience Mandatory
  • Preferred: Experience specifically in Mortgage / LAP / Home Loan domain

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of credit, finance, and lending products
  • Good knowledge of banking products and current market trends
  • Strong network and ability to develop contacts with builders, DSAs, CAs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Result-driven with strong target orientation
  • Ability to manage customer servicing and ensure portfolio quality

Candidate Profile (Preferred)

  • Experience in open market, DSA sales for Mortgage/LAP/Home Loans
  • Good local market understanding of Mumbai sourcing ecosystem
  • Strong relationship-building skills with multiple sourcing channels
