Position: Sales Head – Real Estate
Location: Sector 69, Gurugram
Qualification: Graduate and above
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
CTC: Up to 10 LPA (based on interview & experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead the sales operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing strategies, and driving revenue growth by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets in residential/commercial real estate.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales plans.
  • Manage end-to-end sales operations including site visits, negotiations, deal closures, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that support lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct regular reviews, sales forecasting, and reporting to management.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalations with professionalism.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Build and maintain a strong broker/ channel partner network to maximize sales reach.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
