Position: HR Generalist
Reporting To: Head – Human Resources
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: Graduation / MBA in HR or equivalent
CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
Working Days: 5 Days

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, HRMS administration, payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, retention initiatives, audit support, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing large workforce operations, preferably within NBFC, Banking, Collections, or Financial Services environments.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & HRMS Management

  • Manage and maintain HRMS platforms such as Zimyo, Keka, Darwinbox, or similar systems.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee records and timely system updates.
  • Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, employee movements, and exit processes.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Support HR processes for field workforce, collections teams, and branch employees.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

  • Manage employee attendance and leave records.
  • Review attendance discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and payroll-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors/internal teams for timely salary processing.
  • Support preparation of statutory compliance-related data.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and cultural programs.
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions and engagement surveys.
  • Support employee retention and attrition control initiatives.
  • Assist in grievance handling and employee relations matters.

HR Analytics & Audit Support

  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and engagement.
  • Support compliance reviews, audits, and due diligence activities.
  • Analyze workforce trends and attrition patterns across operations and collections functions.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare attrition analysis reports.
  • Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
  • Support performance management processes and HR policy implementation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders across operations, collections, and support functions to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management.

Desired Skills

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Zimyo, Keka, Darwinbox, or similar.
  • Good understanding of payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Qualification

  • Graduation with MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Certifications in HR Analytics, HRMS, Payroll Management, or Labor Compliance will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in NBFC, Banking, Collections, Financial Services, FinTech, or organizations managing large field-force operations will be preferred
