Job Description


Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Location: Gurugram
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Any Graduate
Gender Preference: Female
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Salary Calculation:
    • Manage attendance records and leave tracking
    • Prepare and process monthly salary sheets
    • Coordinate with the accounts team for timely payroll processing
  2. Manpower Management:
    • Monitor staff deployment and daily attendance
    • Handle employee queries and coordinate shift planning (if applicable)
    • Maintain and update employee records regularly
  3. Recruitment & New Hiring:
    • Understand manpower requirements across departments
    • Source candidates through job portals, references, and agencies
    • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding formalities
  4. Daily HR & Admin Activities:
    • Oversee office administration and daily operational needs
    • Handle stationery and office supply management
    • Maintain office cleanliness and ensure proper coordination with housekeeping staff
    • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
    • Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Key Skills Required:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of HR processes and administration
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
