Job Description
Location: Gurugram
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Any Graduate
Gender Preference: Female
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Salary Calculation:
- Manage attendance records and leave tracking
- Prepare and process monthly salary sheets
- Coordinate with the accounts team for timely payroll processing
- Manpower Management:
- Monitor staff deployment and daily attendance
- Handle employee queries and coordinate shift planning (if applicable)
- Maintain and update employee records regularly
- Recruitment & New Hiring:
- Understand manpower requirements across departments
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and agencies
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding formalities
- Daily HR & Admin Activities:
- Oversee office administration and daily operational needs
- Handle stationery and office supply management
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure proper coordination with housekeeping staff
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of HR processes and administration
- Time management and multitasking abilities
