Working Days: 6 Days a Week (9 Hours Shift)
CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

Job Summary
We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Email Chat Support Executives for a digital loan process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through email and chat channels, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer queries related to loan applications, account information, repayments, and service requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns while maintaining service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and response-time targets.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Ability to draft professional email responses.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background
- Experience in Email Support, Chat Support, Customer Service, Customer Care, BPO, Banking, FinTech, or NBFC industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems will be an added advantage.
