Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for digitization, optimization, and automation of finance-related business processes while supporting business growth through data-driven insights and reporting. The candidate should possess strong SQL expertise, hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, and a good understanding of business analytics and KPI monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digitize, optimize, and automate finance-related business processes.
  • Perform business analytics based on generated reports and share actionable insights with top management for business improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Write and optimize SQL scripts and queries of varying complexity.
  • Use Python for automation and ETL process management wherever required.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and provide analytical support to business teams.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, track, and monitor business KPIs such as Retention Rate, Conversion Rate, Communication Cost per Loan, and other operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and business performance.
  • Support decision-making through meaningful data interpretation and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate with a Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical background.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.
  • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, databases, and data warehouses.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple business requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
  • Experience in Python for automation and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of lending, financial services, or financial management.
  • Experience in CRM campaign creation and communication strategy setup.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and data-mining tools.
