Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator responsible for operating CNC/VMC machines to produce precision components as per drawings and specifications. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge, machine handling skills, and attention to quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate VMC machines to perform machining operations like drilling, milling, and tapping
  • Understand and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished components
  • Set tools, fixtures, and offsets as per job requirement
  • Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Perform basic troubleshooting during machine operations
  • Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, etc.)
  • Maintain production records and report daily output
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness at the workplace
  • Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for production targets
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Gender: Male
  • Age: As per company norms
  • Experience: 6 months to 5 years in VMC/CNC operations
  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical preferred) or relevant experience
  • Language: Any
Working Details:
  • Shift: Rotational
  • Working Hours: 8 hours + 4 hours overtime
  • Weekly Off: As per company policy
Compensation:
  • CTC: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 (excluding overtime)
  • With Overtime: Approx. ₹25,000/month
