Job Description

Position: Inventory Manager / Order Processing
Location: Faridabad
Qualification: Graduate
Gender & Age: Male, below 40 years
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi
Working Days & Hours: 6 Days a week | 9 Hours per day
CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with clients for order-related queries and updates
• Prepare quotations based on client requirements
• Process purchase orders (PO) efficiently
• Handle order booking and maintain accurate records
• Track material movement and stock levels regularly
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials to customers
• Share docket and tracking details with clients
• Ensure all tasks are completed as per SOP and within TAT (Turn Around Time)

Key Skills Required:
• Strong email and professional communication drafting skills
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Discount & Profit Calculations, etc.)
• MIS Reporting and Data Analysis
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
