Job Title: Telecaller (Work From Home)
Location: Delhi NCR / Mumbai
Gender: Female Only
Age Limit: Up to 30 years
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM
CTC - 11000-18000 (Depends on Experience)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated Telecaller to manage candidate calling and interview coordination. This role requires high-volume calling, clear communication of job details, and strong follow-up skills to ensure candidates attend interviews and complete the joining process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 200 successful (connected) calls daily to candidates, explain job opportunities and job descriptions clearly, schedule interviews, and do continuous follow-ups with candidates until they attend the interview and complete the joining process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
  • Ability to achieve daily connected call targets
  • Strong follow-up and convincing skills
  • Self-disciplined and target-oriented
  • Comfortable working from home

Additional Information:

  • Candidate must have a personal mobile/laptop and stable internet connection
  • Ability to handle pressure and daily calling targets
  • Immediate joiners preferred
