Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

- Location: Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bangalore, Mumbai
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 6 months to 12 years in real estate sales or a relevant field
- Age: 21 to 55 years
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
- Languages: English and Hindi proficiency required
- Work Schedule: 6 working days, 48 hours per week
- Compensation: CTC as per position, plus performance-based incentives
Compensation & Benefits:
- Sales Executive: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA
- Sales Manager: ₹4.2 LPA – ₹6 LPA
- Senior Sales Manager: ₹6 LPA – ₹12 LPA
- Salary will vary based on experience and last drawn CTC.
- Attractive incentives based on performance.
Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives, Sales Managers, and Senior Sales Managers to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads.
- Present and promote real estate properties to prospective buyers.
- Provide clients with market insights, investment opportunities, and property details.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including negotiations and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
