Location: Bangalore
Qualification: 12th Grade
Gender: Male / Both
Age: 30 years
Experience: Tele Sales – 6 months; Tele Collection – Fresher
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:
  • Tele Sales: 08:45 AM to 06:00 PM
  • Tele Collection: 07:45 AM to 05:30 PM

    In Hand Salary:
  • Tele Sales: ₹20,100 - 22,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

For Tele Sales:
  • Team Management: Supervise daily activities of the collections team, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and motivation.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products or services.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Following up with customers on product/service inquiries and processing orders.
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
For Tele Collection:
  • Managing and contacting customers for timely collection of payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of collected payments and follow-up actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and debt recovery regulations.
  • Handling customer queries regarding outstanding bills or payments.
  • Coordinating with customers to schedule payments and resolving any payment-related disputes.
