Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Tele Sales (Loan / BFSI preferred)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Team Leader for Tele Sales to handle loan sales operations. The role involves managing a team, driving sales performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of targets through effective team handling and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of tele sales executives
  • Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Monitor calling activities, lead conversion, and team productivity
  • Provide regular training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Handle customer escalations and support team in deal closures
  • Maintain MIS reports and track team performance
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team handling skills
  • Excellent communication and convincing ability
  • Good knowledge of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
  • Target-oriented with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in BFSI / Loan Tele Sales
  • Prior experience handling a team of tele callers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
