Job Title: Customer Service Executive / Sales Executive / Relationship Manager Executive
Location: Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore
Position Type: Full-Time | Work from Office Only
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only
Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (including variable; based on relevant experience)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: 12th and Above
  • Gender: Open to all
  • Age: Below 30 years
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
  • Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory); Kannada/Tamil/Marathi (preferred)
  • Shift: Day shift – 9 hours (Flexible)
  • Week Off: Rotational (1 day on weekdays)
  • Working Days: 6 days a week

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service Executive (CSE)
  • Handle inbound calls for customer support
  • Understand and address customer needs effectively
  • Build trust through clear and helpful communication
  • Provide accurate information using relevant tools
  • Resolve complaints within timeline and follow up for closure
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and account activity
  • Adhere to company communication protocols
  • Deliver exceptional customer engagement
Sales Executive (SE)
  • Identify potential leads and business opportunities
  • Contact prospects and convert leads into sales
  • Conduct outbound calls using internal and secondary lead data
  • Perform regular follow-ups on past and new leads
  • Maintain quality and adhere to organizational standards
  • Be target-oriented, persuasive, and driven to close deals
Relationship Manager Executive (RME)
  • Manage and support paid customers
  • Understand and fulfill customer requirements (tenant/property)
  • Attend inbound and make outbound calls
  • Use internal tools to ensure quality service
  • Negotiate with leads on behalf of clients
  • Keep clients informed on account progress
  • Go the extra mile to deliver a seamless experience
