Job Title: Senior Electronic Engineer – Maintenance

Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad (Industrial hub near Bavla / Changodar)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹42,000 per month
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Machine Shop

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronic Engineer to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, control panel management, and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies to support continuous production.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for leading preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines, managing electrical and electronic systems, performing control panel wiring and modifications, diagnosing and resolving faults in machine controllers (such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric), handling PLCs, VFDs, and servo drives, upgrading existing systems for improved efficiency and safety, maintaining maintenance records and RCA reports, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing or machine shop environment
Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical control panel design and wiring
  • Expertise in CNC/VMC/HMC machine controllers and industrial automation
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and servo systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
  • Basic understanding of G-code / M-code
Leadership Skills:
  • Ability to guide and supervise junior technicians
  • Experience in coordinating with service engineers and vendors
