Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, and HR administration. The candidate should ensure smooth HR processes and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, and employee records
  • Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain healthy relations
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Maintain HR documentation and reports
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related support

Requirements

  • 2 to 10 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
  • Good knowledge of payroll and HR processes
  • Basic English understanding (reading/writing not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
