Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, and HR administration. The candidate should ensure smooth HR processes and maintain a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, and employee records
- Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies
- Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain healthy relations
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintain HR documentation and reports
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related support
Requirements
- 2 to 10 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
- Good knowledge of payroll and HR processes
- Basic English understanding (reading/writing not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
