Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Gem Portal and Online Marketing Executive to manage our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations and lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GeM portal management, digital marketing, and online business promotion.Key Responsibilities:
1. GeM Portal Management- Register and manage the company profile on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
- Handle product listings, pricing updates, and catalog management.
- Monitor and participate in relevant tenders, ensuring timely bid submission.
- Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met as per GeM guidelines.
- Track orders, invoicing, and payments, and follow up with clients as required.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to boost engagement.
- Run and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Analyze marketing data to improve ROI and optimize campaigns.
- Create engaging content for websites, email marketing, and digital promotions.
- Conduct research to identify new business and tender opportunities.
- Track competitors’ online presence and recommend strategic improvements.
- Handle customer queries and complaints related to GeM orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular performance reports on GeM activities and marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance sales and online visibility.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in GeM portal operations and government e-procurement processes.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset and multitasking ability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in GeM portal handling and digital marketing preferred.
